Review Status

• official: Directly from an official NECTA, TIE, or Ministry source.
• unreviewed: Imported, extracted, or drafted but not checked.
• ai_checked: Checked by an AI pass for consistency, but not by a human reviewer.
• human_reviewed: Checked by a teacher, subject expert, or trusted human reviewer.
• pilot_validated: Improved or confirmed through student/teacher pilot feedback.
• needs_manual_review: Contains uncertain extraction, classification, solution logic, or source mapping.

Use the most conservative status when multiple statuses might apply.
