Series

The sum of the terms of a sequence. If the sequence has a finite number of terms, the corresponding series is finite; if the sequence continues indefinitely, the series is infinite.

Example

For the finite sequence $1, 2, 3, 4$, the corresponding series is $1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10$.
